TERMS & CONDITIONS - LS


You (“you” or “End User” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) are required to read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) and the linked Privacy Policy, before you may use www.luxuryspuvenirjewels.com. The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase Jewels and Accessories (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).


These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are effective upon acceptance and governs the relationship between you and Luxury Souvenir Private Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at ———— New Delhi-110024 (hereinafter the “Company”) including the sale and supply of any Products on the Site. If this TERMS AND CONDITIONS conflicts with any other document, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by this TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way. 


The Company may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. All updates and amendments shall be notified to you via posts on website or through e-mail. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised TERMS AND CONDITIONS and Privacy Policy expressed herein.


  1. INTRODUCTION : 
  2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES : In the site, we provide our customers with access to jewels and accessories that can be purchased at the respective price mentioned on the site.
  3. COLOURS : While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. No Exchanges/Returns shall be made on such grounds. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
  4. CANCELLATION BY USER : In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS : You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.
  6. BILLING : The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
  7. PACKAGING : Every Accessory/Jewellery package ordered by you arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing from us. The Accessory/Jewellery item purchased by you is delivered to you in an exclusive box of LUXURY SOUVENIR along with the ‘CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY’ & ‘CARE AND INSTRUCTION’ assuring the quality of the items purchased.
  8. DELIVERY : Luxury Souvenir understands the importance of receiving your products in the on time and best condition. Products purchased from luxury souvenir  can be delivered world-wide. The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order processing stage.The time of delivery and the shipping cost depend upon the product purchased and delivery address.
  9. Orders Within India : Fedex Standard Overnight - Free Shipping. Orders Placed Before 2:00Pm (Ist) Monday Through Saturday Will Be Delivered Within 2 Business Day. Orders Placed After 2:00Pm (Ist) Monday Through Saturday Will Be Processed The Next Business Day. Every Order Is Subject To Review. Sunday And Holiday's Delivery Is Not Available. A Signature Will Be Required For All Shipments At The Time Of Delivery.
    *State entry taxes are charged extra to your final bill amount based on the policy of the state.
    * COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available in Kerala due to state policies
    * Very few State Governing bodies have discontinued COD (Cash on Delivery) in certain territories, and hence we won't be able to process COD orders for such territories. We will inform you as and when FedEx informs us.
  10. Orders Outside India / International Orders : Orders Placed Before 2:00Pm (Ist) Monday Through Saturday Will Be Delivered Within 5 Business Day. Orders Placed After 2:00Pm (Ist) Monday Through Saturday Will Be Processed The Next Business Day. Every Order Is Subject To Review. Sunday And Holiday's Delivery Is Not Available. A Signature Will Be Required For All Shipments At The Time Of Delivery.
    Depending on the delivery address we have tie ups with DHL/UPS/FedEx and other international logistics companies. You can be rest assured that you will receive tracking information every step of the way.
    CUSTOMISED ORDERS : Product Customisation: When it comes to size, stone or other minor changes it can take up to 3 business days to customise the product, and your product will be shipped within 5 business days.Exotic Leather Collection: Is tailor made as per your wrist size and takes anywhere from 5-7 business days to make and another 3-5 business days to delivery. We try our best to deliver the product in 7 business days, on special request.Bespoke Designs: Delivery of such orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the product that needs to be made. Communication for this will be shared to each customer after reviewing the customers requirement.
  11. GOVERNING LAW : This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at New Delhi.
  12. INDEMNITY : You shall to the fullest extent indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
  13. GIFTING : Luxury Souvenir Official provides the customers with the service of gifting your loved ones our wristjewel on special occasions.To collect the physical product, the recipient will have to provide any one of the government approved photo identification proof at the time of receiving the physical possession of the product.
    As it is a mandatory requirement as per local laws, the price of the gift (notional amount) will be mentioned on the external cover of the package. In the event the Member wishes to have a copy of the invoice, he / she can request us to ship an additional copy of the invoice to the required address at the time of placing the order. Any applicable tax, including any gift tax, if any, shall be borne by the Member.
