Luxury Souvenir believes in only one and most important thing that is Customer Happiness above all. It is very important that you are completely happy with your order and we wish to give you the best customer service. If for any reason your product(s) arrives damaged (chip, scratches, dents etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 72 hours after receipt. Once your request has been approved we will process the Return or Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable costs. Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted 7 days after receipt. Products returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered and in sale-able condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 21 days from the day we receive the products. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@luxurysouvenir.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails.

Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-11-65680068 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Sunday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.


Please do measure the exact circumference of your wrist so we can deliver the right fitting product to you. We add our own margin for comfortable fit so do not worry about that. Luxury Souvenir does not offer refund, return & exchanges or store credit for incorrect size selected by you.Once the order is placed, you can still change the size, provided the product has not been shipped from our end. You can write to us at info@luxurysouvenir.com simply mention your order number and the correct wrist size, and we will make the necessary changes to your bracelet(s).

If you like your bracelet to fit a little tight or lose, you can select the closest size that fits your wrist and also write to us with special instruction on info.luxurysouenir@gmail.com We will process the order as per your special instructions. Once the product(s) arrives and you wish to change the product(s) for a different size, color, design please write to us at info.luxurysouenir@gmail.com. However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with Luxury Souvenir.


We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
